Kids Yoga and Mindfulness

As a certified children's yoga and mindfulness teacher, I am passionate about educating kids on the numerous benefits of yoga and mindfulness in an interactive and engaging manner. Our yoga and mindfulness programs are designed for youth 12 and under. We use an interactive way to teach yoga poses through activities, games and adventures. We then dive into a mindfulness activity to connect to the here and now and we always end each class with a quiet savasana.
