Course Syllabus

• Develop skills to move through the creative process. • Learn to let go of attachments to the outcome, so you can take any idea from concept to launch with ease. • Implement daily practice routines to cultivate your intuition to propel yourself and your work forward. • Learn to trust the process. This will have you flow with more ease into your next level at work.
• Dive into your subconscious mind to see what limiting beliefs still lurk there, so that you can rewire and reprogram them to get unstuck and soar professionally. • Learn how to stop judging yourself, so that you can thrive both personally and professionally. • Experience letting go of judgment of others, so you don’t take things so personally and can work with more peace and ease. • Master how to see everyone at work as a teacher, so that you are more freed up to focus on your vision.
• Discover ways to use mindfulness activities in your everyday living, so that you are less stressed and more connected in life and at work. • Master the mind to stay in the present moment, so that you can manage fear, anxiety and stop obsessive thinking, which will clear the way to think more creatively. • Learn to view situations objectively and cultivate acceptance to what is happening in the moment, in order to create powerful solutions when work or life gets challenging.
• Discover practical tools that will help you at any crossroad, to make the right choice without self-doubt or fear, so you can feel more confident about your decisions at work and in life. • Learn how to unlock the answers that you already have within to discover the next best steps for your current work project. • Master how to use powerful, thought-provoking questions, so that you can create breakthroughs at work and in life.
• Get clear on your strengths and how you can be more of a contribution to your company in ways that inspire and light you up. • Discover your most valued qualities so they can be used as a compass to guide you to feel more purposeful at work and have you experience more meaning and fulfillment. • Learn how engagement can link your personal and professional goals
• Learn quantum time management techniques to effortlessly manage the things that are stressing you out, so you have more room for creativity and joy at work and in life. • Discover how to overcome procrastination so that you can launch your visions without self-sabotaging them time and again. • Learn how to see time through a nonlinear lens, so that when you feel rushed and overwhelmed you can manipulate time, which will make you become even more productive and efficient.
• Discover the art of self-love and how to cultivate a powerful relationship with YOU that in turn helps you thrive in relationships with others. • Discover effective communication skills in order to create a more stress-free environment at home and at work. • Learn simple strategies to clear up a miscommunication and ways to communicate without blaming, shaming and criticizing, to create more harmony in your work and life relationships.
Get clear on where you are in, and out of balance, so that you can make the necessary adjustments to get back into a healthy alignment. • Set goals and intentions on how you can do more of what you love outside of work, so that you don’t feel overwhelmed and resentful when you are at work. • Get a true picture of how much time you are spending in all the important areas of your life, so that you can create more balance and ease by shifting things around if necessary. • Learn to not let your external circumstances shake your internal landscape.
