Course Description
The Culture Catalyst delivers a simple, yet profound corporate wellness journey based on a Stanford University Master’s degree program. This program provides businesses with a competitive edge by helping to foster and develop mindfulness, emotional intelligence tools, and processes that lead to greater innovation and teamwork. These practical and powerful mindset tools and techniques are designed to reduce stress, improve peak performance, enhance creativity, develop leadership skills, and promote well-being.
For these reasons, athletes, performing artists, and business leaders are taking up the practice of mindfulness, and why it is being introduced into the world’s most successful companies, banks, and business schools – even the NBA and NFL.
The challenges we face at work are unprecedented and multiplying. They include economic hurdles; volatility in our external environments; tougher performance measurements; the demand for immediate, round-the-clock responsiveness; and the need to do more now… with less.
Benefits and Outcomes
In this eight-week program, your employees will receive:
-
Improved capacity to manage stress effectively and overcome burnout, overwhelm, and anxiety.
-
Greater emotional resilience to stay balanced during tumultuous times
-
Enhanced clarity of thinking, objectivity and perspective to enable greater
innovation and creativity.
-
Delivery of conscious communication tools for individuals to become more
