I would love to take the time to formally introduce myself, and because we all know how hard it can be to talk about ourselves here goes nothing.
My name is Alicia Gibbons and I live in the small but mighty village of Paisley Ontario. Along with my husband Trevor we are raising a house full of girls and one super cute dog named Frankie. Our life is a series of everyday moments, mixed with the everyday craziness life can bring and somewhere between it all we created our family. They are the people I strive to be my best self for, and who inspire me daily without even knowing it.

After a long and fulfilled career in retail and fashion I took a giant leap of faith and put my learning hat back on. I wanted to create a wellness business that supported individuals, workplaces, and children of all ages to learn the tools they need to be their best most authentic selves.
After three completed programs I am ready to let my light shine in the areas of mindfulness, emotional well-being, work-life balance, connection and creativity.

Through my own healing journey, I became a lover of all thing’s personal development, and found a strong passion to help others in the journey of rediscovery within themselves. What I have learned along the way is that the journey back home to ourselves is lifelong, it is not linear, and with each new chapter we uncover more of ourselves.
If we continue to show up and put one foot in front of other, we will not only find that way back home, but we will much stronger than when our feet first hit the ground.
